With the exception of the add/subtract/multiply sheet, each is a bunch of PNG images created using GD from a php page. The pages that create the images (drawCard02.php and drawCard03.php) each draw one flashcard. These are zipped up Here.
Each page that draws a sheet (makeSheet03.php and makeSheet03.php) takes the options from the form pages, then starts to loop. For each flashcard on the sheet, values are randomly assigned (what numbers, time or coins to use) and the image drawing page is called with the random values. The drawing sheets are zipped up Here.
