SNES Pads - An adapter from scratch
In a word; don't. While it's possible to take the basic shape of the adapter and use some pin headers of some sort, the resulting adapter are way too flakey. I attempted to use some perfboard with assorted types of pins: leads from an LED, chunks of a safety pin, etc. None worked well...
Hit up eBay for some extension cables and use that method instead.
Even more heinous is the wholesale slaughter of the controller by choping the controller cable itself and soldering straight to it. That's just wrong...
