I like Dragonball; my son loves Dragonball.
So while doing some google image searching on Capsule Corp., I came across a picture of the logo that would look good as a wallpaper.
;)
I started with a blank black background and white text. Can't remember the font used, but I just looked for something close.

I next added a layer with a big white circle. In the gimp, I selected a circle then feathered the selection by 2. I then used the paint bucket to fill.

Another layer on top with a smaller black circle. Again a circle selection feathered by 2. Putting it on another layer helped when aligning the circles.

Another layer with a smaller white circle. Same feathering, sized to leave a small ring between this (the inner C ) and the first white ring (the outer C ).

The last inner circle in black. We've now got two white circles, one inside the other.

A rectangle selection feathered by two and bucket filled with black. That's pretty much it.
