Tycho's Tee

Well, since I did one of Gabe's shirt I had to do one of Tycho's... He wears a blue shirt with two lighter blue stripes... Easy!



So, we start with a straight blue (#374689) background. I get the color as close as possible by using the ColorZilla extension in Firefox. It's an eyedropper that you can use to get colors from a webpage.




Next I drag out some rectangles and fill them with the light blue color (#6DD0F9). Not real accurate, just guessing on the size and placement.




Then I create a new layer and make a path for each edge I want to outline. I ended up with four paths.




Black is selected and we stroke each path 6 pixels. With the path dialog open, I selected each one and repeated the same stroke.




The finished wallpaper.
